The weighing filling machine hereof functions based on the principle of setting measurement via the weighing sensor platform and based on microcomputer program control. In the process of filling, remove the tare in the first place. When poured into the container, quickly feed the material in large quantities and then slowly correct the measurement in small quantities.
The operator only needs to put the container into the platform, align the mouth to the blanking mouth and open the filling valve for material feeding. When the set quantity is reached, material feeding shall stop automatically, and the blanking mouth shall lift. The filling process is finished accordingly.
