This machine is a device integrating filling and cap screwing that is targeted at high-viscosity materials in small quantities. It adopts PLC control and human-computer interface. The filling part adopts ballscrew filling and is controlled by servo motor, which leads to more flexible measurement and adjustment and more accurate measuring precision. The filling valve adopts special pneumatic three-way valve, so that the machine is more for fit for filling highly viscous materials. Anti-wire forming choke plug is equipped to effectively eliminate wire forming when highly viscous materials are being filled. The screw cap is specially customized as per the size of small bottles. The screw cap is reliable and shows stable performance.
